I have always received excellent service and attention when I deal with Wind River HD in Lawton, OK - But I am an impulse buyer and my motorcycle money is spread across Oklahoma whenever I see a good deal. Purchased a 2018 Heritage last week. I have to say that the Wind River management team runs a first class dealership that includes a very professional staff of sales, parts, clothing, and services. The sales folks are extremely patient in making sure that you get the right bike for you. At no point was I ever hassled or felt uncomfortable while I took at least 3 months to decide on the bike that I wanted. I would encourage anyone interested in buying a HD to give these folks a chance.
Could not get waited on. Wait for 15 minutes stood at the counter . No one came to the counter. Left disappointed.
