I have a 2017 street glide I had the dealership install stage four kit new headers, pipe exhaust, tuner and stage 2 boom audio. 3 months after all that money and work one of the speakers went out. I called them and they said Harley wouldn’t warranty it. I called other dealerships and was told that Harley would warrantee it. I called him back and talk to the sales manager and they told me again that Harley would not warrantee it in if someone else would do it just to take my business somewhere else. Brought my Street Glide in for interval service recently. The techs found a leaky shock. They offered to let me upgrade the shock by paying the parts cost difference on the warranty replacement. Excellent workmanship and the bike was detailed to showroom luster with the tank topped off as well. Thanks Wind River for the outstanding service.
A great customer service experience!
Had a water pump go out on my 2016 RGU on a trip to Lawton from Burleson TX. I showed up at 4:30 Friday afternoon and they took my bike straight in to check it out. I was back on the road the next morning. Great group of folks and excellent customer service. Thank you so much!
