Shelia is a Rock Star!! I’ve been working with her for 2 years after a stress fracture brought me into Winchester Spine & Sport. She has really made me stronger and has taught me proper technique so I am able to apply that in my everyday activities to prevent injury. I also see Dr Rebecca and with the combo of her and Shelia, I wake up pain free and have all day energy!!
At Winchester they made me feel completely at home and were so determined to make me a better athlete. Love all the staff there and they make anybody feel welcome.
Iv gone there a couple times when I was having trouble with my back and shoulder and they recommended me some work outs to do and in short time I was back to myself.
Dr. Premer has been awesome with my daughters sports injury. He has made her feel better and perform better with his perfessional help!
Been there numerous times between seasons, and I can’t recommend it more. Between great stretches, kind and helpful staff, and a professional outlook on making you feel better, Winchester is a must go-to.
Dr Lauren Jordan is fantastic! She helped encourage our breech baby to go head down. After only two weeks he was head down. This pregnancy I’m feeling less uncomfortable and more energy since seeing her!
Dr. Panter is amazing. He truly cares about his patients. I love how he explains why I am having the pain that I am having and how I can help myself to feel better. He knew within minutes of my daughter seeing him why she was having the headaches she was having and showed her also how she could help herself get better along with the care he would give her.
