I started with Shelia at the very beginning of my pregnancy and worked with her 2 days a week. She made me feel safe and very strong throughout my pregnancy. We worked until 3 days before my delivery without any compications! Now I take my little one to Dr. Lauren Jordan and Dr. Austin Panter and they have been awesome! Love the resources this place provides for our community!

Tuesday nights with Lauren Jordan are the best! An amazing workout, fun facts, great girl conversation & it’s FREE🙌🏽! It’s my favorite night of the week!!! Lauren treats my 4 year old & 1 year old. My oldest is recovering from a broken leg & my 1 year old is always constipated. They get great results with her & she spends WAY more time with them than any other dr visit. Well worth the $$$! I have no doubt that Dr. Winchester absolutely changed the trajectory and outcome of my life. Without Dr. Winchester, Shelia, and staff, I would still be struggling to survive through a day. Instead, I've returned to my highly demanding career, actively parenting my social needs child, organizing both our schedules, maintaining relationships, and enjoying everything life has to offer!! If one follows all of the instruction and advise given, improvement is inevitable. Highly, highly recommend!
Tuesday nights there are FREE classes for women called Project Pelvis that's amazing not to mention a great workout!
Functional training is great!! Accommodating time at 5:30 am. Shelia is a wonderful trainer. Would highly recommend!
