Organized, efficient, dependable, communicates, and stands behind what they do. The service technicians were detailed focused, and respectful and attentive to the other contractors and what was going on around them. Everyone that worked in our home was clean, wearing footwear and face covering and cleaned up after themselves before they left. I recommend them. They were courteous, efficient and professional. I do some plumbing on the side and their work was excellent. They completed the water heater removal and install in 3 hours! Fantastic!
My review is based on one interaction. A representative from Winchester Plumbing and Gas Services quickly responded to my need for on-site inspection of both plumbing and propane gas services. The inspection was incredibly thorough, the representative was excellent in his knowledge and communication, and the price for the inspection was incredibly reasonable. I will definitely be calling them when the actual work to be performed is needed.
