Winchester's costs for the tankless install were comparable to other quotes we had gotten from other plumbers. We ended up replacing with a tank water heater instead of tankless (primarily due to cost). We chose winchester over 2 other plumbers for the job.
Responsive to my needs and concerns
I was contacted immediately after putting request into HomeAdvisor. My husband gave him a call back a little while later and he was able to show the next morning. He immediately located the problem and fixed it as well as a leaky pipe he noticed without needing to put in another request as other plumbing companies have made us do in the past. I would definitely recommend and will be contacting for any future needs.
Outraged that they charged us 160$ to tell us what we told them on the phone-"pipes are frozen". 2 guys came and neither could find the main water shutoff (in the bathroom, the realtor was more help in this area). Quoted 5000$ to fix pipes in the front yard. Turns out 5 minutes pointing a blow dryer at the main valve was all we needed. Don't call unless you want to get ripped off.
