Looking to have my pipes under my sink inspected along with hooking up my new garbage disposal. Winchester Plumbing called and scheduled right away. The Technician, Jason called and gave me estimated time he would arrive which was on time. The work was done efficiently and clean. Very happy and would recommend and use in the future.

My 4 year old water heater is leaking. I called the company that installed it, and they indicated that since it had been purchased through a home warranty policy, no further warranty was available - I'd have to buy a new one. When I called Winchester Plumbing and Gas Services, they volunteered to take the serial number, contact the manufacturer, confirm that the heater was still under warranty, and they will be out tomorrow to install a new one. Stellar customer service, way way above and beyond!
