Everyone was friendly, engaged and very competent. Without seeming at all rushed the whole procedure was both quick and painless.
Everyone we came into contact with at Winchester Oral Surgery was warm and inviting! They explained everything in detail and answered all the questions we had with no indication of being annoyed by our questions. I would definitely recommend this practice!
I would explain the discharge medications better prior to discharge. I was just expecting a pain medication and did not expect the additional steroids/zofran/abx. Not that they were not appreciated but as I am a nurse had a pretty good understanding but could really see how it might be overwhelming to others who don't have an idea about side effects and purpose.
Was treated very nicely and with respect. All questions were answered completely.
JACKIE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL I WOULD SAY ABOVE AND BEYOND. EVEN THO MY INS WAS OUT OF NETWORK, I CHOSE TO USE YOU BECAUSE OF JACKIE'S HELP. I FIGURED AS NICE AS SHE WAS - STAFF HAD TO BE GOOD. SURGEON EXCELLENT!

Dr. Rockwell is amazing. Very kind, gentle and a knowlegable professional. Brian and the female assistant also wonderful professionals.
