Dr. Coviello and his male assistant- whose name I have unfortunately forgotten- were truly wonderful to work with! I appreciate their time and care immensely.
COMMUNICATION!!! I had a follow-up appointment on Monday 7/21/14, the staff was very friendly and understanding.. The Doctor who assisted me was very nice and answered my questions as much as possible, considering he was not the Doctor who preformed the oral surgery.. I felt misguided and left with questions unaswered..I understand people come and go, but maybe a staff member from the procedure I had should have come into the room and spoke with me to answer some of our questions...
The dentist never looked in my mouth. He looked at past xrays I brought it from 2 months ago. I knew I needed an implant. I had a large abcess on my gum. I mentioned it to him.. He never toched my mouth or made any attempt to look into my mouth. He was quick to explain the $4000.00 plus for the implant. I CAN afford it but will not pay this to any doctor who can't look into my mouth and at least make him own assumption. Discouraging to say the least. The receptionist were very nice.
The gentleman who took me into the exam room--he assisted Dr. Coviello as well, though I do not recall his name--was very kind and solicitous. I felt at-ease, in spite of being in pain and a bit anxious about the procedure. Dr. Coviello was very kind, explained to me what would happen prior to it happening, and helped make the entire process easier. The entire staff was efficient and I would highly recommend them to anyone who was looking for a procedure that required their level of expertise.
Everyone was really nice and just mininum pain.

Brian was wonderful and delightful. As was Jenifer. they were friendly and cheerful and put me right at ease. Dr. Rockwell was also delightful, friendly and made me most comfortable. My concern is what the heck is going on in my mouth, which is still not better after four days. I have stretched out my pain meds from 4 hrs. to 6 hours just so I can even eat a smoothie! My throat still looks awful as does the roof of my mouth! I would at least like to what anyone is thinking! And please..share it with me!!! Thank you. Look for... read more
