As Alyson's mother, I would like to be in with my daughter during her surgery, even though she is almost 18.
I don't think the women at the front desk realize you can hear their comments through the glass. I had an appointment scheduled but when I got there after taking off of work they hadn't scheduled it. I had to wait and get squeezed in between two patients which made me feel rushed out. I felt like I was more of a nuisance to everyone there than a patient. All health care providers were friendly and very competent. I appreciate that very much. Going in to surgery, I had the feeling that the Dr. would have a difficult time, and I was pleased that he was a very superb surgeon. I was very pleased with the outcome. If I need similar treatment again, I would certainly contact your office again.
