I have always had to be sedated but wasn't able to for this visit. Everyone was very professional and patient which made all the difference in the world. Everything was explained before any work was done. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone.
Yes, I had to wait, but I was very early and they took me in early. The shot to deaden the area was the least painful shot I've ever had in my mouth.
Every staff member was professional, courteous and friendly. Dr. Coviello made sure to answer all questions/concerns and was very reassuring to my daughter. As a pediatric nurse for over 20 years, I feel that I have very high expectations of physicians, particularly when my daughter is the patient! The office was extremely organized. Everyone doing their jobs efficiently.
Tooth Extractions are never fun. After waiting for an hour I was finally seen. I had to ask for the doctor to come in and explain about the procedure. He explained it was routine and had I had an extraction. I said yes but still wanted to be greeted by the doctor prior to his extracting the tooth. My extraction was not routine to me. There was much pulling, chipping, grinding and yanking etc. Very rarely did the doctor stop and ask how I was doing. Dr Eric is absolutely the best! He had my tooth out in no time and had very minimal pain or discomfort. He was very informative and very pleasant during the while procedure. Thanks for putting any nervous energy I had at complete ease!
