Went to see Dr Coviello for possible biopsy of a sore in my mouth. He explained that if it is still there in a week, he will biopsy, if it is gone, it a natural occasion in the mouth. Likely not cancer relate.
Dr. Starley and his staff were ezxcellent from the check in desk, to xrays with Brian, and checking out. They were courteous, informative, and flexible with my work schedule. When I had concerns, Dr. Starley was willing to work me into his schedule to ease my fears. Wonderful!
I do not recall the name of person who spoke with me prior to the surgery as I was under shortly after but I took his advise on what I could do to help with recovery afterword. Of course the Dr. was great and made you fell comfortable and confident all was under control. Good experience.
The PA did a great job of explaining what to expect during healing. I also find it helpful to hear what is not normal and should be addressed. It would be nice to know going out the door that there is or is not an after hours contact.
Dr. Coviello and the entire staff were caring and professional and did everything they could to make my daughter comfortable. Excellent care and information given. Thank you very much.
I didn't have to wait long, while staff was polite, and the doctor was great. The Extraction was quick and easy and no trouble at all. My first surgery was a good experience... You know, for a surgery.
Excellent visit with Dr. Coviello, nurses, and staff. We were there for what we consider a complicated process that will extend over a number of years and Dr. Coviello took the time to clearly explain to us what the series of steps required would be. It was an excellent visit - we really appreciated it.
Receptionist was very gracious. Dr. Straley & assistants did a quick, excellent job on wisdom tooth extraction.
Everyone was very friendly and efficient! I would recommend anyone to go to Winchester Oral Surgery Center!
