Everyone at the office is great and very professional.
We were over an hours late for our appointment due to a vehicle accident on I81. I called to inform your staff and spoke to Morgan. When we arrived we realized we were going to be worked in but did not have to wai long.
everything was fine - keep it that way.
The folks, all of them, were very nice and attentive.
Receptionist, Doctor, and another dentist possibly. I wouldn't change anything. Our overall experience was great, very friendly staff and the Dentist did an excellent job at explaining things, answering our questions and making us feel comfortable.
We are required to be early for our a appointment so we are then its appointment time say 3 pm now it's 3:15 3:20 then you are called back. Try not to over book so you can stay on task.
Post op care was explained immediately following my surgery while I was still half sedated. This should have been explained prior to the start of surgery and given in writing for me to take home. Otherwise my surgery went well and the staff were friendly and warm.
The doctor was responsive and helped a great deal to accommodate my need. The staff was pleasant and professional. All my needs were met.
Exceptional office! I felt very comfortable as a patient. My treatment was explained throughly, and the staff were friendly and compassionate! Working in a dental office myself, I feel very fortunate that we have such a skilled practice to refer our patients to.
