Great service but lack of a payment plan is very disheartening and makes me reluctant to refer anyone to the practice. Also, my surgeon was good but has some maturing to do. It's great to have a good sense of humor but dental surgery is a serious thing.

If payment is made on a flex spending credit card (or any card really), any refund should be made to that card rather than just sending a check to the patient. Understand that patients are typically required to provide backup to support larger charges so, when you overcharge based on an estimate before filing insurance, that refund is required to go back into the flex spending account. I was in a lot of pain but could not see Dr. Coviello until Jan. 28th. I called your office to see if there was a cancellation. Dr. Starley was available and he was " Wonderful ". I appreciated him him seeing me and taking care of my pain. Everyone was very nice and I will most definitely recommend Winchester Oral Surgery Center to my friends.

I met with Dr. Daniels today my general dentist and the chart I provided at my meeting with Dr. Coviello discussion now tooth #3 is also in question that I would like Dr. Coviello to address before my appt on Feb 4 when teeth #19 & 21 are extracted. Wanted to get his expert opinion on tooth #3 that was not addressed at our earlier meeting. Thank you, Gary Wolford

I thought everyone was very nice, although I don't remember a whole lot from after I was put under. I do remember Dr. Starley walking me through the procedure and then following up with me later that evening. I thought that was a very nice touch.
