Brian and Dr. Starley treated me very well. i trusted them and they were careful to take care of any pain or discomfort with my extraction. i appreciate that they are so kind.
I arrived early and was seen early. Staff was, as always, professional and cordial. Other medical providers could learn from you folks. Always a pleasureable experience.
It was the best dental experience I've ever had. The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I'm usually a nervous wreck, but I left there knowing that this would be the only dental office I would ever go to again. Thanks for the great care and friendly atmosphere. I will be back and refer anybody I know who needs your type of dental care.
Everyone was very kind, patient and understanding. I only waited a little over 5 minutes.
It would help if everyone greeted you by telling their name. Everyone was very polite but I had no idea who they were. I didn't even know that it was Dr. Coviello cutting and drilling in my mouth.
Everyone was friendly and willing to answer questions.
A more detailed oral instructions at the end of the procedure would probably be helpful. While the written instructions are great in a general way, some oral info specific to the patient's situation would be an improvement as many different things happen in your office.
I would highly recommend Dr. Starley to my friends and family. He and his staff made my 8 year old son feel very comfortable. Everyone was very caring and compassionate.
I arrived before 10:30 for a 10:45 procedure (since told to arrive 15 min. early) and wasn't taken back until 11:00 or later. HOWEVER, the Doctor talked with me after administered Novocaine until was numb which helped relax me before the extraction. So the wait was well worth it since the doctor did not rush with me. (Previous experience in other dental offices was to have doctor leave me alone so he could do other things while numbing took effect.)
