An extra set of ice packs for the freezer would have been nice considering the cost of surgery. The small gel packs fit perfectly into the "jaw wrap" & other things seemed not to fit very well while those were re-freezing.

It was a tough pull, but Dr Rockwell got it out. Recovery is good.
Waited a couple mins for the appontment but very worth it. Dr was very knowledgeable and helpful. Virtually pain free!

Dr. Coviello & Staff are great. Very professional and personable. however, With respect to implant procedures, my only complaint is that major medical doesn't fund more. Oral health doesn't get the importance it needs and deserves leading to a lot of silent suffering by those in need. But, that has nothing to do with you guys. You're AWESOME! SUSAN & ED NORMAN
