20 years ago Valley Health was #1. Now you guys suck. Your business office is evidently staffed by incompetents. You make robocalls with your identity hidden and when I return your call, I get a succession of recorded messages culminating with my only option being to leave a message. I leave a message and my call is never returned. Very poor customer service!

EDIT: this happened, but today I received communication that they were removing the charge from my bill and are taking care to review. There's something to be said for their recognizing a mistake and taking care to make it right. They took a CT scan that they told me was normal. It took an eye doctor to tell me I actually had a brain tumor. I innocently thought it must not have shown up on the CT scan...until an outside doctor showed it to me plain as day. It's been 4 1/2 hours in the ER and NO doctor yet. Ridiculous. Dad has had wonderful care here in the past but this is pathetic. Supposedly there is one doctor for ten patients. The care upstairs is fine but something down in the ER needs to change.
Labor and delivery there is the best! Very sweet, loving, caring nurses and doctors!
I am still here good luck talking to a doctor. The nurses are great but cant tell you what is wrong only the doctor can. You can ask all you want but guess what no doctor and no explanation on wha your condition is
I was in an accident in march of 2013 and got banged up really bad..lucky to be alive...Winchester er and floor employees took excellent care of me..the drs and staff were excellent...after my wreck I was in the hospital for almost a week...thank all the nurses and drs for all u did and made me more at eaase
