What a joke. ..the employees are more worried about visitors than the patient. The nurse came in to tell me to put on a gown, then came to tell me to have my shoulders covered then came in the third time to tell me to tie the gown. Not once in 3 hrs did they ask my father if he was comfortable nor if he needed anything. Three times the nurse came in to tell me about my gown and my fathers urinal was full but that never got checked. What a joke
I spent a year, advocating, begging, and pleading for the doctors to send my grandmother to a specialists. I finally convinced her to go to Martinsburg, and they rushed her to Morgantown only to be too late. She choked to death. Thanks to the ER, PCP, and their negligence. I lost my mom, and my best friend. I lost 1/2 of who I am because of medical "doctors".
I have been here with many friends & family as well as visited myself a few times as far as staying over at the hospital every experience I or a friend or family member have had it has been not so good however I have had 3 bills on 3 different occasions waived in a timely matter soon after I returned my FIS I really appreciate it if you do the work & keep on your accounts that you know you have they work with you
I do not like nor trust this hospital after my grandmas last stay they had her for a month and in that month she had a stroke and altered mental status several times as well as a gi bleed the finally cirrhosis which is weird considering she does not drink
The STAFF was overall amazing in L&D. I had several nurses that were angels during the second night when my baby started getting very sick, a I freaked out a bit. The billing offices, however, are a whole different story. They are deplorable to speak with or work out arrangements.
Had to contact the billing department, what a joke, what type of actual screening do you do before hiring these tools? This is ridiculous. Still didn't get my question answered by the rude Danelle. Smh pathetic.
The staff from the ER to room fantastic. Very professional so kind its amazing and they do long shifts. My nurses were so caring and you can tell its genuine. This was a smart choice to come here.
Just tried to speak with the billing office rep and she got very rude and irate with me and hung up on me. I was trying to obtain information about my auto accident ER visit and make sure the right ins. got billed. When I asked for the auto accident billing person, the rep I spoke to would not give me the information. She said she cannot give that information out to patients, nor could she transfer me to this person. I then asked for a supervisor and then she said "bye" and hung up on me. How rude and unprofessional!
