Our insurance is in VA since but we live in WV. I called to get the wait time for the ER and the receptionist replied "we don't give wait times" and hung up on me! That's okay. We will take our $$$ elsewhere. If your receptionist treats people like this then I'm sure your medical care isn't much different. You need to get your staff in check because your hospital isn't the only one around and available to help. We will spend the extra time and go to Inova Loudoun Hospital instead.

Wouldn't know as a patient but as a family member to a patient, not very accommodating. Couldn't even get a cup with ice while waiting in the waiting room had to go all the way to the cafeteria. The receptionist at labor and delivery couldn't even keep her story straight about the amount of visitors my cousin could have and who could be in the room, very rude as well. I wouldn't have my baby here if you paid me, I want my family to feel as special as I would be treated that day.

This is the ONLY place I will ever go for my health care. The staff is wonderful and caring and the facilities are nice.

Negative 10 if I could rate that low They let a hospital social worker yell at her father while he was on 3rd floor icu. Father was dirty both times he was in that hospital. Won't go back.
