Overall Its a good hospital. Staff for the most part were quick and very nice and helpful. I did have one she wasn't even our nurse may I add get very hateful with my husband for ''being to loud'' while he was writhing in pain and she made it out that he has had pain kills that he shouldn't be crying he's mouthy and in pain so that didnt go well, the food is expensive but overall good service

My husband was in there for 4 days. When they released him he was swollen 5 times his normal size. When I told the nurse she said it's just a little fluid we are giving him medication for that. Less than 36 hours later he died. Congestive heart failure. I don't even have the right words to say how I feel about this hospital.
My aunt is receiving terrible care and we have never had a problem with the hospital before. The doctor yelled at her and yesterday no one helped her get a bath even though she asked repeatedly. I am not very happy about it.
Want to thank the er doctor watts for having the best bed side manners and a caring heart . He made my husband feel relax and safe while we were there ...
As much as I really didn't feel like I needed to be here over the snow storm. My nurses Penny and Lindsay on the 5th floor were wonderful. They worked tirelessly on very little sleep and did not complain. I want to thank them for making their way to work and taking care of my needs and every one of their patients.
I had received a notice from their in-house collection department today about an account which they have already received $4,570.97 more than what they had originally billed, and they want to try to assess me a $700 co-pay which they could simply adjust... Plus, they had enclosed some poor lady's sensitive OB records with-in mine.
WMC needs to work on the Customer focused ethic of the workforce in the Coumadin/Transition Clinic much more. For the third time I went there and was made to wait an insane amount of time while the folks in the clinic took an extended lunch. After an hour and a half of pressing them they send out this white trash trailer nurse to tell me that they don't take walk-ins. I expressed my frustration at them not alerting the front desk, and was greeted with the comment, "We don't need patients like you". Guess the staff there has ... read more
