Everyone so kind, personable and caring. Very prompt. My family has had the best care and treatments ever from WMC over the years.
Winchester Medical Center is a place to be when you need medical care. Staff are very attentive and I experience warm athmoshere when i was admitted for my surgery. Keep it up!

Two experiences. I find the care in ER adequate but at times, indifferent to the needs of patients there. Very little attention is given past the initial intake. This opinion is based on three different recent visits with my mom who has had a rough 6 weeks. I found ER staff to ignore basic things like hunger and thirst, comfort, etc. My mom was not given a call device on one visit so if I had not been there, she would have had no way to ask for help. Staff in step down unit were the very best treated my husband and i with the very best care he could have gotten. No question not answered
Went to visit a family member in ccu and the old women at the front desk at the main entrance are very very rude . Each time we went they were rude some one shoulf give them a class on haw to talk to people
Had my son there last night n the Dr n all the nurses was Awesome to us.
