My experience at the infusion center was very positive. The staff treated me with the utmost respect, ad they were very professional.
The cardiac folks are wonderful especially Paul and Dr Stiles and Dr Brown. The day nurses were friendly and helpful. The evening nurse one of them when checking out ignored my husband's pleas that he had been released and took his exit paperwork with her. She wanted to check insisting my husband might need another test. The doctor walked by and wondered why he was still there after he released my husband almost an hour ago. I think the nurses st the hospital are to be complimented on the kindness & patience with difficult people. I know that certain circumstances cause people to not act normal. The ladies & gentlemen are very compassionate & caring in their jobs. I hope one day I can become part of the supporting staff in this company & be assistant to the nurses & doctors.
Have had good & bad experiences with WMC throughout theyears but my most recent visit was good. Dr. Shanabrook made me feel comfortable and was very compassionate.
Wonderful experience from all departments. Emergency Room, fast, efficient, friendly, informative. Observation Dept., cannot say enough about the amazing staff. They were all professional, friendly, informative, funny, and supportive. The staff while taking my stress test, same kudos as Observation and ER. Everyone that I came in contact during my stay were outstanding.
I'm always treated like a long time friend or family. Patient care, respect and their willingness to go above and beyond for their patients is top priority here.
Exelente service, they take good care of my son they are exelente person.
