My 8 yr old son's sleep study went very smoothly and pleasantly. Everyone from the information desk to our sleep assistant was nice, courteous and professional. We felt comfortable and safe through the entire process. Thank you.
I am writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend Michael Kincaid and the wonderful care he received during his stay. He went to his heart doctor having shortness of breath. After learning his heart rate was 159, he immediately was taken to the ER and promptly put into a room. Everyone in the ER was very nice. When a room was ready they took him up to the 3rd floor. He couldn't have been treated any better!!! Every nurse, cna, food nutrition, house keeping and even the blood vampires...Lol!! was very nice and professional. ... read more
My wife was admitted June 30, 2017, to remove a cancerous tumor in her colon. Dr. Timothy K. Bowers, Jr., operated on her at 8 A.M., and she was in recovery by noon on the 4th floor surgical unit. A re-opening was done at 10 P.M. July 2nd, to clear up some work and reduce a fever. Friendly staff, that are always willing to help me!
The doctors and nurses in the Endoscopy Center were absolutely wonderful with me yesterday. They addressed my fears and were completely reassuring that they would take very good care of me, and they definitely did. Thank you.
Went in yesterday at 5:32pm. Sat in waiting room for er till 9:38pm. I was told would be moved to a room at 1:33am. Nope today is Thursday at 7:14pm still in the er. This place is crazy.
Was sent to the ER by my doctor for concern with breathing issues/chest pain. The doctor even called to let them know we were coming in. After 2 pneumothorax the doctor was concerned about another or a blood clot. After waiting the waiting room for 5 hours, we had them remove the IV and left. To be told, "we are here if you need us". Obviously, not, when a sprain gets in before breathing issues.
Dr actually sat down and described to me what was going on. Very helpful. Did more than City Hospital
well can't say I loved it but as my hospital experience is going. I can not complain. staff has been fantastic. especially Holly & Abby 4th floor. they deal me me during waking hrs the most they are awesome. a nurse,a cna, or tech has one of the most unappreciated jobs out there. so let me say.
