Great Hospital they did what the Doctors in WV could not do give me great news,helped release a lot of stress. When you get bad news from a Dctor or Doctors get a second opinion at Winchester Medical Center. Blessed to have so manny caring Doctors and Nurse's, Thanks
My mother was sent home with out antibiotics when she has a very bad infection inher lungs. I told the Dr she be readmitted in a week. She informed me she was aware and they will treat her then. When I expressed my concerns because we have been dealing with this same infection. For over 2 years she informed me I was not the Dr. She goes by Dr. S. Every run in with this Dr is horrible. Ultrasound tech threw me a a wash cloth n said clean up hmmm then the fuckin nurae was admittin me to labor n deliever n said some rude things on the phone as i listened n once she came to mi room i told her if u wanted to know u should ask it was a horrible er experience 27 weeks pregnant
The nurses on the peds floor were very awesome. The doctor was amazing as well they talk to you about wants going on and they talk to you of what they will do and how it works. Thank y'all so much for helping and being wonderful to my son. He loves his toys that he got as well. <3 <3 <3
I had to wait over 1 1/2 hours just to be registered for a 30 second lab test. I was there at 8:00am and didn't leave until 9:30am. You need to work on customer service and getting people checked in. However, the lady who did check me in at the front desk and the lady that registered me so I could go back to the lab were Awesome.
It 830 and they finally called my son...2 hours and 15 minute wait...unacceptable
