My nurse was rude the lack of communication between the staff is a joke the room we were in er room #46 was not clean at all floor walls nasty
"Check in & show up for your appointment" they advertise on their website. Do NOT bother, my "appointment" was an hour ago & I am STILL waiting to be called back to an exam room.
My father in law was in the ER over Thanksgiving. While there my wife noticed the room was not very clean. She mentioned it to one of the nurses and the nurse said yes that they don't clean the rooms very well after each patient. Wonder why they have so many infections there!
Excellent Doctors and Nurses!! You all took great care of my husband these past 2 weeks!!! I would highly recommend your Hospital to all my Family and Friends!!!
Usually, they are on top of everything. My mother had a concussion and was told to wait. She asked for 2 hours before they took her, and it wasn't even to an exam room. Half an hour later, a lady comes in needing serious attention, they told her to wait, and she ended up having a major seizure and bleeding on the floor. What kind of care is that?? �
We just want to give a shout out to Laura on the Pediatric Unit. She was a huge sweetheart, gave comforting words to help up w our sick son & she was just all around the best! Gave great care to our 8 month old� thank you Laura for your amazing loving care!! �
