I was there visiting with a relative (Tavares Kelli Williams )and the staff that entered into her room during my 2 day stay from Odenton, Md,was very pleasant and professional!!!
I really loved the nurses in the star lab. I was a challenge to get blood from and for the artery tests
In and out with no problem. They also addressed all my needs.
My husband took me into the ER I will admit that I was not having a great day very confused but the staff was absolutely wonderful and so thoughtful to my husband who had been up all night long because he works nights and let him know that I was going to be admitted so that he could go home and get some sleep they took care wonderful care of me and by sending my husband home they took care of him probably without even knowing it there are no words but thank you
I came in yesterday evening to bring my 7 month old son to be seen by the ER I told them I thought he had croup and that he was gasping for air and couldn't catch his breath several times before we got there. I waited for nearly 3 entire hours and the waiting room filled up and emptied twice while I was stuck with a sick fussy baby they even had time to order pizza and take their lunch break I was not taken seriously and I was angry so finally I left they asked me when his bed time was and chalked up his crying to being tire... read more
Well aside from the fact of them saving my life major heart attack everyone was kind and friendly and very professional
My husband had back surgery and the people in the unit was really nice and were very attentive to my husbands needs!! When he first went up on the 4th floor he was taken very good care of but on his 2nd day there the night nurse only came into his room 2 times. And that's how his week went he was basically forgotten at night his day nurses were fine up till his last day. And for some reason he was unable to get his Meds while he was there and started going through withdrawal before they finally got them. So I only give this ... read more
