Took almost 5 hours in the green area in the waiting room before I saw the doctor an before xrays but the nurse an Dr. that I had was very nice and helpful just want to say thank you for trying to help me deal with my medical issues
It was so busy and crowded but the service was ok. Didn't have to wait to long.
It's was not there fault long wait over 3 1/2 to be seen from 12 to 4 am before Lindsey was released it was very crowded the staff said it always gets like this closer to Christmas
Everyone was awesome. Was taken right back to get prepped for surgery, everything was on time. Great experience.
My granddaughter had a Mri it was scheduled for 230 on 22nd they called at 1030 changed it till 300. We got there at 3 they said it wasn't until 4 finally took her in said it was a iv Mri she really got upset we weren't told about that so I couldn't prepare her for that. After they put iv in she almost passed out. Then she waited and waited until 5. Finally they took her in. They took 3 people before her we were back in a room watching them go in
I would like to say I am very impressed how they treated my family especially my grandma. They treated her with utmost care and respect.
Was transferred from JMH sat for 3 hours before I was seen by Dr Yang!
