I only go once a year now to see my retina surgeon, Dr. Eric R. Steuer. He took such great care of me during my eye surgery 2 years ago, this is all that is necessary now. The staff is friendly, courteous and very professional.
I work Winchester medical center for 10 years couldn't of worked for a better place when my wife got sick and passed away they were there right for her every second everybody was great
All the nurses and xray techs were awesome. The doctor only spent about a minute, maybe 2, with me so I felt like he was too busy to actually help, got sent off with crutches, a brace, a prescription, and an ortho referral. The referral was to their ortho who doesn't deal with what I needed to be seen for. Kinda sucked finding that out after I'd been on hold forever
I had surgery yesterday I was very nervous the nurses were so nice and very comforting. The anesthesia doctor and surgeon were so good to me I would recommend Winchester Hosp to everyone that has to go Thank you Winchester Hospital for all you did for me.
My experience at the infusion center was very positive. The staff treated me with the utmost respect, ad they were very professional.
I think the nurses st the hospital are to be complimented on the kindness & patience with difficult people. I know that certain circumstances cause people to not act normal. The ladies & gentlemen are very compassionate & caring in their jobs. I hope one day I can become part of the supporting staff in this company & be assistant to the nurses & doctors.
The cardiac folks are wonderful especially Paul and Dr Stiles and Dr Brown. The day nurses were friendly and helpful. The evening nurse one of them when checking out ignored my husband's pleas that he had been released and took his exit paperwork with her. She wanted to check insisting my husband might need another test. The doctor walked by and wondered why he was still there after he released my husband almost an hour ago. So my husband left without any paperwork. I am disabled and can not walk that much later in the day. ... read more
Have had good & bad experiences with WMC throughout theyears but my most recent visit was good. Dr. Shanabrook made me feel comfortable and was very compassionate.
Wonderful experience from all departments. Emergency Room, fast, efficient, friendly, informative. Observation Dept., cannot say enough about the amazing staff. They were all professional, friendly, informative, funny, and supportive. The staff while taking my stress test, same kudos as Observation and ER. Everyone that I came in contact during my stay were outstanding.
