Went in yesterday for a bad infection.. I had Dr. Natale and she was wonderful.. My wait was already anything and she took good care of me.. I had a severe allergic reaction to the intibiotic I was given thru an IV but the staff was right on top of it and saved me from dying.. I've had bad experiences before at wmc but this one was best of care.. Thank you Dr Natale!!!

Great loving caring professional people. The CNA's were very helpful the doctor was wonderful housekeeping it was great the RN was fantastic everybody was so helpful
It I could go anywhere else I would. I waited almost 5 hours in total to have a knee examined with a known degenerative issue. I saw the actual doctor for approximately 3 minutes. I saw the nurse twice. No one volunteered any information about a series of xrays I had done. When I asked I was told there was nothing found...only to get home and go on Mychart to discover a host of issues found on the xray. Final cherry on top was after I told them a certain medication I was already on wasn't working, they prescribe me THE EXACT... read more
