The nurses on the peds floor were very awesome. The doctor was amazing as well they talk to you about wants going on and they talk to you of what they will do and how it works. Thank y'all so much for helping and being wonderful to my son. He loves his toys that he got as well. <3 <3 <3
I had to wait over 1 1/2 hours just to be registered for a 30 second lab test. I was there at 8:00am and didn't leave until 9:30am. You need to work on customer service and getting people checked in. However, the lady who did check me in at the front desk and the lady that registered me so I could go back to the lab were Awesome.
It 830 and they finally called my son...2 hours and 15 minute wait...unacceptable

I had the most terrible news that my 48 yr old 170 pound white husband that has 157 for cholesterol had a stroke. The staff at WMC were very direct and kind in telling me that he should get a medicine to reduce the after affects of the stroke. They were very kind and patient with me in the ER. They put my husband in the ICU and the staff there were so professional but kind. Room 3510. The nurses, Hannah, Bonnie and Nadine were so kind and patient with my husband. I wish I could bring them all home with me to help my husband.... read more
I see that Winchester Medical Center does not have a lot of high ratings my mother has been in there a couple times wasn't doing very well one from Critical Care Unit to ICU more than one time she is 71 years old and she still here with health issues I must say they took very good care of her
