Most er departments don't know how to handle babies they try this department really was on the ball everything he needed he had and the staff really went out of the way made this mama very happy
They're very professional and they tell u step by step what is going to happen. They're very thorough and very knowledgeable and experienced.
I came in with possible heart problems. I must say i was treated with the utmost care and respect. The nurses and doctors were amazing. I'm doing ok now. Thank God for the staff of the winchester medical center.

Two experiences. I find the care in ER adequate but at times, indifferent to the needs of patients there. Very little attention is given past the initial intake. This opinion is based on three different recent visits with my mom who has had a rough 6 weeks. I found ER staff to ignore basic things like hunger and thirst, comfort, etc. My mom was not given a call device on one visit so if I had not been there, she would have had no way to ask for help.
