I also tried calling and it goes to direct you to a representative then just hangs up. I would fix that.
I have attempted to call them multiple times and was routed to the next available representative each time, and was immediately hung up on. This place is a joke to try to reach. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Recently Winchester Hills Apartments was acquired by a new company. Since the new company has taken over, the rent has been significantly increased and they are refusing to return deposits to the tenants being forced to move. Even after the tenants have went out of their way to make corrections and clean based on their original lease. The new owners have also made it near impossible for the tenants to seek legal representation within Winchester, Ky due to placing several local law firms on retainer.
