Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes

Sometimes, but not always Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen
