I absolutely loved my experience! So knowledgeable!
Not only is the staff super friendly but very knowledgeable on all aspects of the store, my dogs take special food and they helped picked the right one they have a customer for life!!
Disgusting pet store! The reptile cages were filthy dirty and none of their water was clean. The beardies were all scared and their tails were broken. There was a hampster that was injured and looked to be dying, I told two different employees and neither one cared that it was lame and clearly suffering. We will not return. Our son wants a snake but we will not be supporting this store! I am saddened that the animals have to live there. Petsmart is way cleaner and at least their pets don't live in filth!
I've been going here for about 3 years! Always friendly staff, and prices and products are better than chain pet stores!
