The staff here is incredible and most all have worked at the store for years! They allowed us to bring our ferret in and let him pick out his own friend! Because of that they were cuddling in the same hammock that same night! They always have the answers to your questions at the tip of their fingers. I love stopping by and giving them my business verses a big name retail store, you can't get this great of service at Petco or Petsmart!
I've been coming to Winchester Aquarium and Pet Center for over 20 years and I do not like having to deal with anyone else other than them!! Best maintained aquariums and fish in the area!! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!! They are the best!!
Its very seldom that I will take the time to write a review about anything, but I'm compelled to do so here. I'm very thankful for all the support and knowledge I get when I vist this store and get what I need for my African Cichlid tank. Just recently I had an issue with cloudiness in my tank. The gentleman there tested my water, told me what was wrong, provided me with what I needed and told me exactly what to do.
