Awesome store! Very knowledgable of their birds. Love visiting this store whether to look around or shop for my feathered babies.
For years the staff have taken care of our macaw beaker ! They treat customers like family but with more respect!! I highly recommend winchester aquarium for all your pet are needs!!!
I finally made time to book the washing station for Ruben my dog. (50lbs) great service, the manager asst, since ruben didn't care for a bath. Was in and out in under thirty min, bath treats and a new toy. ! I'll be back!
Grooming staff is excellent. My labradoodle is not a fan of crates and he's happy not to be in one there. They take their time and he enjoys being with them. Always happy when we pick him up. They also do fun things like Mohawks and hair dying. Never went for anything other than grooming but all the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.
I've never had any negative experiences with them in the years I've been a customer! They're great people and have quality pets!
Thank you to the girl that helped us with fitting the harness on our new rescue dog. We will be back sometime :)
