Wonderful place, well taken care of animals, knowledgeable and helpful staff. We come here all the time for our exotic pet and rat supplies and the staff are always friendly and honest when it comes to budget and quality. They take the time to remember regulars and their normal purchases. Winchester Aquarium and Pet Center is pretty much the only pet store within 50 miles of Winchester that sells and knows about exotic pets. Staff is also well versed in all the animals they carry, not just the cute fluffy ones.
Friendly Staff, Knowledgeable, not just out to make a sale like alot of stores are. i enjoy going there and cant wait to make my next purchase there!!!! I travel 40 minutes just to go where its a nice enviroment and clean
We absolutely love Winchester Pet Aquarium. The staff if amazing. Brandon helped us with our turtles and getting the right items for our newest additions our Hamsters. We will not go anywhere else for our animal needs. Highly recommend them. Plus our son loves coming in and looking at all the snakes and lizards. He calls it the little reptile zoo. The staff is amazing hands down.

I went looking for a companion for my senior rat and they had one, he may have been a "feeder" but he is the most love a little guy! perfect for our old boy too. they cuddle and play ❤ very clean store and super helpful staff!
