I’ve adopted chinchillas, ferrets, and sugar gliders from them. The staff is incredibly friendly! The animals are also kept in great conditions! ☺️😁
I go here for all my feeders for my 11 ball pythons and now buying another from here.....super friendly and polite willing to try and make their customers happy..Very knowledgeable and although super busy try to multi task and keep everyone assisted and attended to... HIGHLY RECOMMEND THANK YOU ALL
Horrible customer service! I bought fish based on help from two associates and a couple fish that weren't recommended but I thought I'd try. I understand them not offering a warranty on the fish they didn't recommend, but they refused to warranty ANY of the fish purchased despite them being recommended!
They don’t warranty their fish. Well over 15 dollars. Bought a 50 dollar fish there all they would do is a 15 replacement fish. Great to spend 50 for it to a last day and a half. Won’t be buying anymore fish there. And makes me sad use to love this place.

Most helpful people ever and great service. I have such a good experience every time I go. I was spending so much money at PetSmart for bugs for my bearded dragon and decided to try this place out and it’s such a better price and better quality bugs. Plus they carry stuff that no where else has. They also have a lot of fish and reptiles that you don’t see often and furries to hold. Best place ever. I could live there basically 😊
Great place! I only go here, best place in winchester. Clean, trustworthy, knowledgeable staff, & healthy animals .
