Walked in and was immediately greeted by the owner. I asked about staining the hardwood floors in our home now that we stripped them and he stated are we doing them or are you. I told him we were doing our own. His response well they are difficult and do ya'll have them cleaned, I said yes, and his response was really clean. I paid 1000.00 dollars for two rooms floors to be redone. They look worse than the original flooring. I complained and the response was it was my dogs, although the other three rooms that weren't redone have the same dog traffic.

We are seasonal in area. Needed small repair to parquet flooring. Jeff came, gave estimate - very friendly - ordered material, 'graciously' said they would keep it. Took $700 up-front. Then Covid, we had to wait for this year. We called five times, each time they would complete "in two weeks." Before leaving we went by office where owner said he had "our crap" and refused to complete contract or refund ANY money or material we paid for. Owner is very unpleasant. Recommend no one use his company.

Disappointing inspector rated 35% when they say its half done. Used our trash bag for an underlay. Truly disappointed work not completed and Gentleman named Jeff order his preference.

Very good results, fair- customer service. I personally did not enjoy working with these people because they are very opinionated. Some of it was helpful, but many times it was insulting. That being said, my floors look amazing. It took over a week to finish my 500sq ft space and some days they didn't even come over and work on anything.

The Wimpee's are pros when it comes to flooring. I purchased flooring for my house from Wimpee's Floor Center, they told me exactly which floor would work best for my application. I installed the floors myself, they were available to answer all of my questions about the install. These guys are experienced and offer excellent customer service, go see them!
