RecommendedWell, I was leaving a review..and it just went away...so you may get 2 reviews...so here I go again. I just had carpet installed in my new sun room. The carpet looks great...and the price was great...and I checked around. Chris Glenn was the sales person...and quite knowledgeable about the carpet. He was very helpful..and nice. Thanks. Tommy was the installation coordinator...and the installers were here on time...yeah. The installers were very polite..and did a wonderful job. They were fast and cleaned up any messes. Our flooring looked beautiful! We were very pleased with the professionally laid design and care taken to make it right. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because of the waiting time to get the job done, but sometimes there are circumstances that can’t be helped. Good people to work with and I highly recommend them. Karen
They didn't show up for the installation after confirming, took 7 days to install carpet in 3 rooms, did a horrible job that had to be replaced. Then refused to refund the instillation cost. Terrible work, incompetent employees and overall bad experience. Message me if you want photos and details.
