Would not go anywhere else, great service
Read the 2nd edit Went in for a general service and came out with oiled/greased up front breaks making them completely useless. There is also a very loud suqeeking noise when I apply them. The bike wasn't like this when I brought it in. Me and my mate had to rush down wilsons bikes shop due to his chain snapping on our weekly ride ...rob the bike mechanic took so much time out of his day to explain to us causes ,fixes ,maintenance his knowledge was unbelievable,he has a patience to him and you can feel how genuine he is .I cant rate him any higher.ill be going there for all my bike needs in future ..my mate and I left that day over the moon
They are rude unhelpful dismissive of my son who he has disabilities. They charged still even though they said nothing was wrong with his bike. They didn't thoroughly look at what was wrong & listen to what was said. Went to another bike shop they listened were extremely helpful & found the problem he said & fixed it.
Absolutly terreble service they called my bike trash over charged me when the guy said it was cheaper on the phone told me not to come back and it wasnt even fixed had to fix it myself when i got home
