I will be honest and say Susie “unknown spelling” was a very sweet woman. My wife took her truck in while I was out of state. It was over heating and said it was a coolant issue. They replaced the water pump claiming that was the issue. Picked it up a week later when it was finally ready, drove it a mile to the shell gas station and it overheated again. Wilson’s automotive is one of the few places that offers rotor cutting in Roscommon county. I went to oreilly and they did not have the correct fixture for my oddball 1970s vw bug rotor. Wilson’s only charged $30 and got it done same day to try and help get my dune buggy back on the road that weekend.
I will start by saying the front receptionist is a great person and their dog is adorable. However, the reason this place gets a one star is because of the work they did and then the difficulty in getting get a refund to fix their mistake. The water pump in my truck broke and they were able to squeeze me in same day on 06/04 for a replacement as I was going out of town for vacation.
