After striking out at several dealerships in Des Moines with pushy or unhelpful salespeople, we drove to Ames and met Carson — what a difference! He was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole experience stress-free. There was absolutely no pressure, just patience and lots of options to consider. Carson was so helpful, put us completely at ease, and made the process enjoyable. Highly recommend working with him!
