UPDATE: vehicle is now on its way to its third dealership to try to figure out what’s wrong with it 😲🤬😂🤬! you can’t make this stuff up. Wilson Toyota of Ames’s; worst dealership I have ever dealt with! Purchased a vehicle a month ago now and still do not have it in my driveway. Communication within management in both sales and the service department is nonexistent. We just get the runaround. I would think twice about purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. Only positive is we have a loaner.
