Always the most professional, courteous staff. They did not have what we were looking for in stock, but they had it the next day. We are absolutely in love with our new truck. Best place ever to purchase a vehicle!
We bought a SUV a month ago we pay cash and they send us a a letter they miss the tile so we need to wait we find a noise in the steering wheel we take the car to the dealer and the seller very rude say that's normal they think we are stupid and don't know anything about the cars I'm very unhappy get a car in this place.
I'd definitely go back! We had a great experience at Wilson Motors. I valued their honesty and availability. They did not apply a pressured sales, they provided great customer service and I would definitely recommend buying a car from them.
disappointed I would never go to Wilson's ever again I would not even give them a one star but no star is not a option the assistant manager who's last name is the same name as the dealership is a total as------h------ that's all I can say about him, did he fix the problem no he just hates women I guess.
Paint matches perfectly I loved dealing with Wilson Motors my recent body repair. It was a hard to match color and they did an excellent job.
Wilson Motors Excellent customer service and honesty. After a hit and run on a three week old car it was towed to Wilson for repair. My own insurance adjuster wanted to put used parts and "manufacture something" in order to get our car back on the road. Wilsons body shop manager went to bat for me and would not play the games the adjuster wanted him too. As a result we would go back anytime we need body work and we fired our insurance company/agent.
Good customer service We've taken our cars to the service department for years. They are thorough and knowledgeable. The automobiles are in and out in as little as hour for oil changes. Parts, when needed, come in quickly.
Wilson Motors We found the staff and salespeople there to be very helpful and honest. They got us just the car we wanted without trying to sell us more than we asked for. They were busy but let us know that.
Not too convenient The staff at Wilson Motors are great! They are friendly and caring, if you can get in. Because they service a variety of models of vehicles, they are always booked solid and it is hard to get in, even just for an oil change. As a result, I tend to drive to Albany, where Dodge can get me in on the same day I call.
