Edited: Unfortunately, since my last review about four months ago, Wilson Motors has shown that all they care about in a customer is them buying a car. Since our purchase, we have experienced some weird service from the Service Center and poor paperwork management from the Sales Department. A few months after getting the vehicle, we experienced some engine misfiring trouble (we had the same problem in our last car). No problem, the vehicle was bought “as-is” and we have a warranty. Do Not Use This Dealer. I came in to look at cars, and assumed I’d be able to charge mine while shopping. Instead, the general manager stood firm on not offering a charge service to anyone, and directed me to the paid Ford chargers priced at a markup. If I’m going to be looking at cars, intending to spend thousands of dollars up front and thousands more over the car’s lifetime, I want to be sure that the dealer isn’t shortsighted.
