My 1998 Ranger needed replacement of a disintegrated Cruise Control Button Cluster on the Steering Wheel. The Service Desk at Wilson Ford in Corvallis found the discontinued part in stock in Portland, shipped it overnight to install the next day for under $500 parts and labor (and I didn't have to hunt junk yards for the part). No snags, no foulups, only pleasant surprises. Good Job!
Jessica in the service department and the body shop crew went above and beyond. After being rearended she made the whole process easy peasy by taking care of business so I only minimally had to deal with the insurance company!!! And the car looks like it had never had a love tap!!! Perfect paint match too!!!
