good service I took my car to replace the timing belt this year at their repair shop. It was a Saturday and they experienced a problem during the service. At the end, they were not able to solve the problem and tehy gave me a rental car, for free. I really appreciated their desire to take care of their customers , even if it took them two more working days to solve the problem. Overall, a positive experience!
ok experience I needed some touch-up paint to cover a scratch on my Toyota and it took them two weeks to get it. They dont have a proper waiting room where you can read or watch TV and the workers seem like theyre always in a hurry (which is understandable since they are the only Toyota dealer in town).
Best place for a car safety inspection If you think you have a problem with your car, the best place to take it for a diagnostic is J&P Toyota. For only $10, they had a detailed 26 points inspection and they offered me a good price for the repair. In addition, they gave free advice about my car problems. Overall, a positive experience!
