went to purchase my lease. they used the buyout quote price online that already included the sales tax. then added sales tax to that. i called kia finance to verify this. in all it was 2,000 cheaper to purchase the car by mailing a check. this dealer is ridiculous with their fees and ridiculous with the service packages they sell you. i have yet to have any help with service and i paid over $600 to protect my car from dents dings and scratches. everytime i reach out for help they either don't answer or tell me i need to talk... read more

I understand why you would be upset. However your payoff quote does not include sales tax. On a leased vehicle, you pay the sales tax monthly on the monthly payment. The payoff is yet to be taxed. When you take your paperwork you receive to register in your name, they will collect sales tax on the payoff amount at that time before you can get the title into your name and out of the leasing company name. Just bought my first car and the process was a breeze thanks to *** *******!!! Such a delightful man to work with there. Never felt pressured and felt like he was on my side when discussing price. The whole processes of buying was super easy and quick at that. Took about 2 1/2 hours and that included another test drive. 11/10 recommend this group and PLEASE contact *** *******!! He's the best!
PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH WILSON I bought a car here. The guy that details the new car could not clean it right after 3 tries. I finished cleaning it when I drove home. I still have plastic coverings I have not taken all off. I drove 3 hours because I thought I was going to get a car dealership who cared but after the sale, you never hear from them.
