I took a look at your service records and it looks like the first step is an AC evac and recharge this is only covered for the first 1 year or 12,000 miles from brand new ownership. You are still under the 5 year 60 warranty though so we need to go ahead and do the first step to see if that fixes the problem or if you need a new AC compressor which would be covered under warranty. Unprofessional, OVER CHARGE on price, tell you one price over the phone and charge more when you pick up vehicle. Pay more for LABOR THAN REPAIRS. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Wilson Hyundai on Lakeland Drive in Flowood, MS is the WORST place to ever buy a car from! I wanna share my experience to warn others. My motor went out and it was under Certified Pre-Owned warranty. I took it in for a noise it was making. They didn’t even address the noise and tried to give my car back saying, “it’s confirmed to be making a noise.” So I told them I wanted it fixed. I purchased a vehicle from there and was asking a technician a few questions and the general manager came outside where we were talking and said “when you get done playing Honda I need him to go back to work, very unprofessional towards a customer that just paid cash for a vehicle. When it was brought up to the sales manager no apology was offered at all. I will never purchase another vehicle from them ever again.
Wilson has my 17,000 mile KIA FORTE and I understand that it may be a while before I get it back. But how in GODs name do you NOT HAVE loaners for folks who spend big money for KIA's "world class" warranty ? Seriously. There is no excuse for this fail and sadly KIA and it's dealerships don't give a crap. This issue could break me financially simply due to WILSON KIA not having these important things in place. I guess this is why they are selling ? Because they have dropped the ball on CUSTOMER SERVICE.
These people who work here are so mean. There’s a specific woman, ******, who works there and literally rolled her eyes at me when I tried to explain that I was sent to the wrong building for an appointment, and she interrupted me and scoffed and said, “that’s not my problem! SCAM ALERT! These people did a break job on my son’s car. I’m the process, they broke one of the speed sensors and didn’t tell us! Afterwards, when the car was diagnosed with the problem, this dealership denied that they had anything to do with it and said that “it was a coincidence”! They saw that my son was a young man (college student) and took advantage of his inexperience! I would recommend that you take your vehicles ANYWHERE EXCEPT HERE!!!!!
I received my Infiniti G37 from this company. The sales person was adamant about selling the car to me knowing the check engine light was on while still on their property. The issue was inside of cylinder 2. I spoke when the service manager who at that time name was *** *****. He informed me that the problem would be fixed & they would take car of it. RE: 2017 Kia Niro still under factory drivetrain warranty with what appears to be (to everyone but Wilson KIA) as having a bad head gasket.
