LOVE Dr. Les Wilson! He's been amazing to me and my family. I've been with Dr. Wilson over 10 years. It saddens me to say I am looking for another PCP. Wilsom Family Practice office staff is horrible. I have called, left voicemails and even emailed 3 times and absolutely NO RESPONSE. Even after saying I'd like to speak with someone in management. I will not continue to chase people who are supposed to be caring for me.
The friendliest staff and the doctors are the best. I really appreciate the time that Dr. V Wilson and Dr. L Wilson spends with patients. I am always able to tell them exactly how I’m feeling and I believe they really listen. I tell everyone how much I love my doctors.
I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and my experiences just keep getting worse. I don’t know if it’s because they’re burnt out or if it’s just pure laziness. I waited in the room for an hour and a half and when finally asking when the doctor would be in, I was met with an attitude and a nasty face was made toward me by two of the nurses; as if I was interrupting them loudly gossiping. I am going to unfortunately find another primary care physician that values my time.
