I see a lot of negative reviews, and I don't get it. I have had nothing but excellent work done. I just had 2 root canals done on June 19th, a Sunday. The dentist I had was wonderful. She was very nice, and very competent. I have had many dentists, but due to my insurance, I don't have many choices. I've been to ******* Dental, and Wilson Dental is above in care, Customer service, and staff. Everyone who works there is very nice, and are concerned with your well being.

Very poor service and last minute cancelations I've delt with two of them so far every since I've gone there to the 728 East Ridge location Rochester, N.Y. location I wouldn't recommend them to worst enemy, what a way to serve underserved people on medicaid system, if I had private insurance again I would go back to ***** ******, way to New York State health system that's what are high paid taxes supply us with

I went there for my daughter we waited an hour and as we were waiting the office was not kid friendly like i expected also the atmosphere was very unprofessional. The patients there were very rude and inconsiderate of others around them my 4 year old was there. When we got back there it was not kid friendly and unprofessional also unorganized. I will not go back for sure

I called trying to get an emergency appointment so they can pull one of my because it's causing me much pain they said call back Sunday evening to try to get seeing that following week fast forward to today the pain is unbearable I've been taking ibuprofen profen around the clock and nothing seems to help I call and get told that my dentist is on vacation so I have to wait for them to get back to be seen I went back and forth with a woman named Caitlin the lady who I spoke with from the scheduling center telling her that thi... read more

If I could give zero stars I would because I never actually received dental care! As a new patient to the Rochester, NY location of Wilson Dental, I arrived for my appointment and was asked to complete new patient paperwork. No problem. After waiting an additional 20 minutes after completing my paperwork AND after my scheduled appointment time (also no big deal), I was told they had to reschedule my appt because the xray machine was broken. I saw dr c**** at the Rochester location for a partial bottom denture, the whole process getting their was ridiculous but then when I finally went in to start the process he plan was to pull 7 bottom teeth and do 2 root canals even though I told her I wanted a full bottom denture, she numbed me up and went to work on another patient, she Came back and I told her I still wasn't really numb and that 1 side was not numb at all, she told me she wasn't working on that side anyways, she proceeded to start the 1st root canal, as so... read more
